Meet Lexi Lemnios - a Sr. Technical Account Manager and our Lassonian Spotlight for the first quarter of 2022! We’ve created the Lassonian Spotlight initiative to celebrate the amazing people here at Lasso who not only have a huge impact on our clients but also on our team and our culture.
Lexi has been with Lasso since April 2021. She’s made her mark here by building lasting relationships with clients and growing their campaign spend and reach. In nominating her for the spotlight, Lexi’s teammates had nothing but positive things to say. “She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and her team members - ensuring they are supported and spending the extra time to train new team members,” said one. Another wrote “Lexi has a great story and was able to change her career trajectory at Lasso,” before finishing with “she's also the f**king best.”
Before landing at Lasso, Lexi worked in the creative agency industry where she focused on project management and internal communications. She excelled at budgeting, account management, copy management, and finance. Starting as a coordinator, Lexi quickly worked her way up to a Sr. Project Manager. “Creative agencies can be very traditional with a lot of brochures and print pieces, they’re not very tech-heavy,” Lexi remembered. She began moving more towards digital and programmatic projects and was very interested in learning the analytics side - bringing her to Lasso! The biggest lesson Lexi has learned during her time here is not to be afraid to ask questions. “Find the person you are most comfortable with and ask, even the simplest question.”
Outside of the office, Lexi has recently discovered a love of skiing. She’s also quite the cook, whipping up Greek and Asian cuisines as she is 100% Greek on both sides! Her favorite recipe is Kema, a Greek meat sauce that her Yaya used to make and has been passed down through the family. Her mom’s side also owns a coffee company where Lexi grew up and worked by packing bags and helping with office admin. She says the coffee company helped develop her work ethic. “The team was like family, it was a very family-oriented small business and felt like a second home.”
Lasso wouldn’t be where we are today without amazing people like Lexi!
